    Collection of your Personal Information

    In order to assist our customers with the preparation and filing of their Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Report as required by the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), we collect certain personally identifiable information (PII) about the beneficial owners and company applicants (if applicable) of the reporting company. This information includes, but is not limited to, the individual's full legal name, date of birth, current residential or business street address, and a unique identifying number from an acceptable identification document (such as a passport or driver's license), along with a copy of such document. We may also collect information about the reporting company itself, including its legal name, any "doing business as" names, business street address, jurisdiction of formation, and Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).

    The collection of this information is necessary to comply with the reporting requirements set forth by the CTA and to assist our customers in fulfilling their legal obligations. The CTA requires reporting companies to disclose specific information about their beneficial owners and company applicants to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) as part of the BOI reporting process.

    Furthermore, we understand the sensitive nature of the PII we collect and are committed to protecting our customers' privacy and data security. We will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose this information to third parties, except as required by law or with the express consent of our customers.

    Legal Bueno may collect other personally identifiable information, such as your e-mail address, name, physical address, telephone number, form answers, identification numbers, payment information, and IP address. If you use our Services, we collect and store your phone number and other applicable information to provide the Services. The information that we collect and store often depends on the type of Service that you use. If you use our document preparation Services, we collect and store the information you enter in the course of generating or editing your document (which may vary depending on the type of document you are preparing or Service selected), as well as your edited documents. If you contact our customer service personnel, we may record the phone call or retain the email string or chat transcript for quality assurance purposes.

    Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Legal Bueno. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times, operating system, cookie information, referring website addresses, and Internet Service Provider. Legal Bueno also collects geolocation information based on visitors' IP addresses. This information is used by Legal Bueno for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Services. In order to better understand how users use its site and to improve its services, Legal Bueno may also collect information about your use of our Site, such as pages visited, links clicked, text entered, and mouse movements.

    Legal Bueno may disclose personal information when we believe it is required to comply with the law (e.g., a lawful subpoena, warrant or court order); to enforce or apply this Privacy Policy or our other policies or agreements; to initiate, render, bill, and collect for amounts owed to us; to protect our or our users' rights, property or safety; to protect our users from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the Services; or if we believe that an emergency involving the danger of death or serious physical injury to any person requires or justifies disclosure of personal information.

    Information about our customers, including personal information, may be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of company assets, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership in which personal information could be transferred to third parties as one of Legal Bueno’s business assets. In such an event, you may not have the right to opt out of any such transfer.

Legal Bueno will need to collect information from the requesting party to verify their identity, and will respond within 45 days of receiving a personal information request (subject to an additional 45-day extension in certain circumstances).

    Please be aware that such a request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of your content or information and that there may be circumstances in which the law does not require or allow removal even if requested. For example, if your personal information is contained in a document created by a Legal Bueno user, only that user can delete that document.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and you are responsible for any activity using your account, whether or not you authorized that activity. Please immediately notify Legal Bueno of any unauthorized use of your account.

    Please be aware that, despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Legal Bueno retains your personal information for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

    Children Under Thirteen
